George Kaiser Family Foundation (GKFF) is a charitable organization dedicated to providing equal opportunity for young children through investments in early childhood education, community health, social services, and civic enhancement. GKFF works primarily on initiatives developed in collaboration with Tulsa-based direct service organizations.

 

Healthy Minds Policy Initiative, LLC

Healthy Minds Policy Initiative, LLC is a nonpartisan team of policy and mental health experts who advance data-driven strategies to overcome Oklahoma’s most pressing mental health and substance use challenges.

Since its founding in 2019 by The Anne and Henry Zarrow Foundation, Healthy Minds has published dozens of pieces of original research and analysis, helped secure tens of millions of dollars in competitive funding for Oklahoma’s behavioral health care system, and initiated more than a dozen community-based partnerships committed to ending untreated mental illness and substance use. Healthy Minds provides data, consultation, and education on best practices to Oklahoma’s policymakers and community leaders committed to improving the mental health of all Oklahomans.

 

 

Housing Forward Oklahoma, LLC

Housing Forward, LLC, a fund of the Tulsa Community Foundation, exists to advance the preservation and expansion of affordable and workforce housing opportunities in Tulsa through bi-partisan policy and advocacy efforts, robust research and market data, and comprehensive capacity building efforts. Founding investment for Housing Forward, LLC is provided by The Anne and Henry Zarrow Foundation.

Created in response to the 2024 Tulsa Housing Strategy, a community-informed framework for addressing Tulsa’s unmet housing demand of 13,000 units over the next 10 years, Housing Forward, LLC serves as the leading resource for housing development, focusing on systems transformation, policy and resource alignment, and innovative housing partnerships. Amplifying the importance of housing affordability, Housing Forward, LLC informs the creation and implementation of policies, programs, and initiatives that promote the increased supply of affordable, workforce, and mixed-income housing opportunities throughout the region. Housing Forward, LLC’s initial efforts have included contracting a national consultant to evaluate City housing processes and programs, specifically zoning and permitting, advocating for revisions to the 2025 Qualified Allocation Plan with the Oklahoma Housing and Finance Agency, and actively engaging, and recruiting new affordable housing developers to Tulsa.

As an emerging technology ecosystem in the heartland, Tulsa is experiencing a surge of interest from talented individuals and companies drawn to our unique value proposition. InTulsa Initiative, LLC (ITI) is a talent and business matchmaker driven by a single, powerful civic mission: building a thriving tech hub in the heart of our city’s growing, vibrant, and inclusive community. Founded in 2021, we focus on supporting a diverse and booming economic landscape for Tulsa by forging strategic connections between talented professionals and innovative companies in future-focused industries such as cybersecurity, virtual health, fin-tech, ed-tech, energy tech, and advanced aerial mobility.

 

Northside Neighbors, LLC

Northside Neighbors is proud to be a prospective Purpose Built Communities Network Member. In the Purpose Built Communities model, organizations like Northside Neighbors are termed the “community quarterback” – the organization that centers community while attracting investment and bridging advocacy efforts through policy makers and funders.

 

 

The Phoenix Development Council, LLC

The Phoenix Development Council (PDC) was formed to contribute to community betterment, enhance social welfare, promote and preserve history and culture, combat community deterioration, and relieve distress to the community of Tulsa, Oklahoma’s East 36th ST N and Peoria Avenue neighborhoods known as The Phoenix District.

 

 

TCF is a collection of over 1,500 funds, varying in size from a few thousand to multiple millions of dollars. Each fund has its own identity and philanthropic purpose.  Funds benefit from being invested with other funds to create a lasting community resource and benefit to the region.  Fund contributions are tax-deductible.

 

 

Tulsa Responds, LLC

Tulsa Responds is a nonprofit organization dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of low-income families by providing comprehensive enrollment services for key government benefits. Our goal is to simplify and streamline the process of accessing essential programs that help families and individuals reach financial stability and independence.
